Wine Day 2026

Spend a spring Sunday in the heart of Istria — surrounded by lush green vineyards, the scent of fresh earth, and a glass of great wine in your hand.
Wine Day is a unique event where more than 40 Istrian wineries and distilleries open their doors.

This year, Wine Day will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2026, 10 AM-7 PM.

To visit wineries and distilleries, you need to:

1. Buy a ticket on Vinistra's website.
2. Reserve a time via email at the chosen winery/distillery (contact list available below).

After purchase, a confirmation with a QR code, which is used to pick up your bracelet, will be sent to your email.

The ticket includes three tastings at each winery/distillery, and there is no limit to the number of locations you can visit.

WINE PASSPORT

Upon your first visit, you will receive your very own Wine Passport with your ticket – a unique souvenir and a guide to an unforgettable wine experience. At each winery you visit, present your passport and request a stamp to mark your visit.

Each stamp represents one winery – collect as many as you can and discover the charm of the region, sip by sip!

Sunday, 31st of May 2026, from 9:30 until 18:30.

Opening will be in Zigante Vero winery, Champion for young Malvazija istarska, at 10 AM.

Choosing a location does not restrict your selection of wineries/distilleries in any way, and we recommend choosing the closest location for bracelet pickup.
