Inquiries, objections and complaints

Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, the Customer may submit a written complaint by mail or electronic mail. Vinistra, the association of vinegrowers and winemakers of Istria, will respond to all objections and complaints within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the objection or complaint. Within this period, the seller is obliged to provide the buyer with a written or oral response to the submitted complaint. In the complaint, the buyer must provide his contact information (name and surname, address, telephone number or e-mail address) and an accurate description of the event / complaint.

Vinistra, the association of vinegrowers and winemakers of Istria, strives to resolve disputes, objections and complaints peacefully to the best of their ability.
