Errors during purchase

In the event that the browser issues an error message during the purchase, or if other apparent problems occur during the purchase, the customer must first verify the procedures before attempting to resubmit. If no confirmation is recorded for the desired purchase, the transaction has not been executed. The online purchase of tickets is irrevocable.

Before confirming the "Payment", the buyer is obliged to carefully check all the information about the purchase (date and amount of purchase, event, performance title, number of seats, etc.). After purchasing tickets, which are executed in the online store immediately after clicking on "Payment", changes to the purchase or cancellation of the purchase are no longer possible. If you are unable to arrive for the scheduled time, we will not refund the money for the already purchased ticket.
