Shared sample shipping

The logistics of shipping will be coordinated by the Vinistra association. Vinistra will cover part of the shipping cost for all samples from Croatia (delivery of samples at the ProWein Düsseldorf fair). Vinistra will ship the samples to the ProWein fair, and winemakers will pay a portion of the delivery cost from Düsseldorf to London.

The new delivery cost per sample is EUR 39.00 (instead of EUR 110.00 for individual shipping or EUR 70.00 for consolidated shipping from Zagreb).

Bank transaction fee not applicable

It is not necessary to pay the EUR 19.00 offline processing fee when paying by bank transfer. Even though this amount will appear on the invoice, it will be manually corrected later.

Entry fee

EUR 248.00 per sample (instead of EUR 338.00, a 25% discount).

Application instructions

Applications are open to all those who wish to submit samples via Vinistra until Wednesday, 04 March 2026 (ProWein drop-off).

You must prepare 4 bottles per registered wine sample.
Wine must be delivered to the Vinistra office (Istarskog razvoda 1, 52440 Poreč – Parenzo) no later than Wednesday, 04 March 2026 (same deadline as the application).

Sample preparation instructions

You must prepare 4 bottles per registered wine sample. The wines must be packed in styrofoam or in a way that ensures maximum protection (as you would when shipping by post) to avoid breakage. You need to download the shipping label from the system and place it inside the carton with the wines.
