The Misal winery started producing sparkling wines back in 1990, after a centuries-old family tradition of producing still wines
The cellar deals exclusively with the production of sparkling wines using the classic method. It offers 12 different sparkling wines, which it produces from its own grapes.
They offer sparkling wines aged up to 10 years on lees, using domestic and international varieties, from brut nature to demi sec sweetness.
Production was started by Dr. sc. Đordano Peršurić as a scientific work, and today the family winery is successfully managed by his daughters Katarina and Ana.
The entire production process takes place automatically, according to the best world practice, guided by knowledge, love and concern for quality.
They cultivate 5 hectares of vineyards intended exclusively for the production of grapes for sparkling wine, and in the same cellar they continue with various researches in order to contribute to the quality of their products.
Numerous international and national awards and recognitions speak for their quality, both for the products and for the company itself and the family that works diligently and enjoys creating sparkling wines.
