For the second year in a row, Vinistra organized an exclusive event at Hotel Kempinski Adriatic Croatia called Decanter 2025 Winners Showcase by Vinistra, which hosted around two hundred wine professionals from the region and abroad.

The event, where medals were awarded to Croatian winemakers, was preceded by a press trip during which wine journalists from London had the opportunity over several days to visit a number of Istrian wineries, enjoy a unique breakfast in the vineyard, fly by helicopter over Istria’s stunning vineyards, ride quads through the vines, taste award-winning Istrian wines, and gain a deeper understanding of the Istrian terroir.

They also became better acquainted with Istria’s indigenous grape varieties, such as Istrian Malvasia, Momjan Muscat, and Teran. After their stay in Istria and attending this unique event, they published an article about their experience.
